EXHIBIT 1 - WITNESS HELGREN TEXT MESSAGE THREAD Screenshot 1 of 3 (oldest content). Initial message from Witness Helgren transmitting a close-up photograph of Michigan license plate 7RBK87 affixed to the rear of a white Ford pickup truck, together with a wider photograph of the same vehicle parked at or near the Ross Dr Residence. Witness Helgren's message reads in part: "Hi Conrad, hey there's a white Ford F150 [sic] that pulled up at Adrienne's and this is the license plate. I'm sending you and they're in the house right now by themselves. I don't know what they're doing there. There's only one person." The vehicle's manufacturer marking is "F-250 Super Duty," visible in the close-up photograph at Exhibit 2; Witness Helgren's lay identification of the vehicle as an "F150" is corrected by the photographic evidence. Defendant's responses appear at the bottom of the screenshot, time-stamped "Read 9:30 PM." Screenshot 2 of 3 (middle of thread). Continuation of conversation. Upper portion of the screenshot shows the lower text of Witness Helgren's initial message (continued from Screenshot 1). Defendant's two responses appear next: "Awesome thank you very much annie" and "Who knows what the hell she's doing, it's all a scam game to her after all," time-stamped "Read 9:30 PM." Witness Helgren's follow-up message appears below: "This guy's got boxes he's moving out of the house," with an attached video transmission. The video described is the same recording referenced at Exhibit 3, bearing embedded creation timestamp 2026-05-09T21:31:37-0400. Screenshot 3 of 3 (most recent content). Final portion of the thread. Upper portion of the screenshot shows a partial frame of a vacation-activity photograph (continued from the middle of the conversation). A photograph depicting the unidentified male individual carrying a white laundry basket of personal property at the front of the Ross Dr Residence is displayed below. Witness Helgren's text states: "She's moving out." Defendant's response notes the timing constraint of awaiting Monday business hours: "Oh that's cool, I have to wait until Monday, but thank you, I appreciate it, I'll file an emergency motion." Defendant's message bears "Delivered" status.
