Retraction and correction demands (June 30, 2026)
On 2026-06-30, Conrad Alan Rockenhaus executed formal retraction and correction demands and served them by email and certified mail, return receipt requested. The letters give notice under MCL 600.2911(2)(b) (Michigan) and Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Sec. 73.055 (Texas Defamation Mitigation Act) (Texas Defamation Mitigation Act). Conrad documented that he is alive — the Redford Township Police Department confirmed a welfare check on 2026-06-24 — and demanded retraction of false death claims, criminal-imposter allegations, fraudulent PPO statements, and funding of tortious publications. This public record shows Conrad did everything required by law before filing suit.

Retraction demand to Adrienne Rockenhaus (Adrienne Blair, Adrienne Hein, @adezero)
Conrad Alan Rockenhaus served Adrienne Rockenhaus a formal written demand to retract, correct, and cease publishing false and defamatory statements, preserving rights under Michigan law (MCL 600.2911(2)(b)) and the Texas Defamation Mitigation Act (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Sec. 73.055). The letter documents that Conrad is alive — Redford Township Police confirmed a welfare check on June 24, 2026 — and demands retraction of false claims that he is dead, was murdered, or is a criminal imposter stealing VA benefits, including publications on conradrockenhausisdead.com, conradrockenhausisdead.cc, and associated social media accounts (@adezero, @JustCallMeJoeP, and others). It demands retraction of false statements in the Wayne County PPO petition, removal of stricken and denied federal filings from skyphusion.com, takedown of false-death websites, litigation-hold preservation of all related records, and warns that failure to comply will result in pursuit of all legal remedies including a federal civil action in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division.

Retraction demand to Rob Hein (QOLity Financial, Deborah Dew Survivable Trust)
Conrad Alan Rockenhaus served Rob Hein, as Trustee of the Deborah Dew Survivable Trust and of QOLity Financial, a formal demand to retract false and defamatory statements to the extent Hein or the Trust published, republished, or materially assisted their publication; to cease using Trust funds or assets to fund or facilitate those publications; and to preserve all relevant records under a litigation hold. The letter identifies a coordinated campaign publishing false claims that Conrad is dead, was murdered or burned alive, or is a criminal imposter who murdered Conrad Rockenhaus to steal veteran disability benefits — through conradrockenhausisdead.com, conradrockenhausisdead.cc, and associated social media.
