                 DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENAS

NOW COMES Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff pro se in Case No. 26-104594-DO
and Respondent pro se in Case No. 26-102221-PP, and respectfully moves this Court for an Order directing
the Clerk to issue subpoenas for discovery in the divorce proceeding and witness testimony in the Personal
Protection Order hearing, pursuant to MCR 2.305, MCR 2.506, and this Court's local practices. In support
thereof, Defendant states as follows:

                                         I. STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. This matter involves parallel proceedings: a divorce action (Case No. 26-104594-DO) and a Personal
   Protection Order petition (Case No. 26-102221-PP), both pending before this Court.
2. Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff seeks to conduct discovery relevant to marital asset identification, financial
   misconduct, and matters material to property division in the divorce proceeding.
3. Respondent requires witness testimony for the Personal Protection Order hearing currently scheduled for
   April 29, 2026.
4. The requested subpoenas are necessary to obtain relevant, admissible evidence that is proportional to
   the issues in dispute and not readily available through other means.

                                           II. LEGAL AUTHORITY
This Motion is brought pursuant to:

   MCR 2.305(A)(1), permitting discovery regarding any matter relevant to the subject matter of the pending
   action;
   MCR 2.506, authorizing subpoenas for documents and testimony; and
   MCR 2.305(A)(2), requiring service on counsel of record pending resolution of withdrawal motions.

                                        III. REQUESTED SUBPOENAS

                          A. Discovery Subpoenas for Case No. 26-104594-DO
5. USAA Federal Savings Bank (San Antonio, TX)
   Relevance: Records relating to accounts of Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus
   from January 1, 2023 through present.
    Necessity: Essential for identifying marital assets, tracing funds, and determining property division.
    Proportionality: Limited timeframe covers separation period and post-separation financial activity.
 6. SoFi Bank, N.A. (Sacramento, CA)
    Relevance: Records relating to joint checking account previously held by both parties from January 1,
    2023 through present.
    Necessity: Required to trace marital funds and identify potential dissipation of assets.
    Proportionality: Focuses on specific joint account during relevant period.
 7. Block, Inc. d/b/a Cash App (Oakland, CA)
    Relevance: Records relating to Cash App account associated with Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant from
    January 1, 2023 through present.
    Necessity: Digital payment records relevant to asset identification and spending patterns.
    Proportionality: Limited to Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's account and specific timeframe.
 8. QOLity Financial (Utica, MI)
    Relevance: Records relating to the Deborah Dew Trust (settlor: Deborah Dew, deceased,
    Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's mother) of which Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant is a beneficiary.
    Necessity: Trust assets may constitute marital property or affect property division.
    Proportionality: Limited to trust records affecting marital estate valuation.
 9. PayPal, Inc. (San Jose, CA), PayPal Records
    Relevance: Records relating to PayPal account(s) associated
