   Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant,
                                                                    Hon. Nicole N. Goodson
 v.

 CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
  Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff.

DEFENDANT/COUNTER-PLAINTIFF'S THIRD CHAIN OF CUSTODY SUPPLEMENT
(MAY 14, 2026 EXTENDED SCRAPE EVIDENCE)

                                            I. INTRODUCTION
1. This Third Chain of Custody Supplement is filed in further support of Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's
Emergency Motion for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence (the "Pending
Motion"), filed May 13, 2026. This Third Supplement is a continuation of the Chain of Custody
Supplement filed May 13, 2026 (the "First Supplement") and the Second Chain of Custody Supplement
filed contemporaneously herewith (the "Second Supplement").
2. This Third Supplement adds to the chain-of-custody record nine additional public-record X-platform
scrape datasets captured on May 14, 2026 (the "May 14, 2026 Extended Scrape Evidence"). The
datasets in this Third Supplement fall into three categories: (a) timeline captures of three X accounts in
the network-adjacent space to the previously-identified amplification network (Joe Prich
@JustCallMeJoeP, lordofsinatra and BiancaWestfall as a paired capture, and @rosebuttcheeks); (b)
historical conversation-tree captures of five discrete X conversation threads from the @adezero account
dating from December 11, 2025 through March 30, 2026; and (c) one negative-result query capture
documenting an absence of quote-tweets to the May 8, 2026 "Dead Man's Switch" broadcast.
3. This Third Supplement, taken together with the First Supplement and the Second Supplement, provides
the complete chain-of-custody record for the public-record X scrape datasets supporting the findings
asserted in Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's Supplemental Brief in Support of Pending Emergency Motion
for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence, filed contemporaneously herewith.

                                      II. PROCEDURAL POSTURE
4. On May 13, 2026, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff filed the Pending Motion together with the First
Supplement, supporting the May 12, 2026 Scrape Evidence comprising eighteen public-record X scrape
datasets. Both filings were accepted through the Third Judicial Circuit Court Applications (CCApps) filing
   system on the same date.
5. By Order entered May 14, 2026, this Honorable Court denied the emergency framing of the Pending
Motion while leaving the Pending Motion alive on the regular motion docket. Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff
submitted the required ePraecipe on May 14, 2026 at approximately 16:45 UTC.
6. On May 14, 2026, between approximately 22:02 UTC and 22:42 UTC, Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff
captured additional public-record X-platform scrape datasets. Three of those datasets, comprising the
captures performed between 22:02 UTC and 22:03 UTC, are inventoried in the Second Supplement filed
contemporaneously herewith. The remaining nine datasets, comprising the captures performed between
22:14 UTC and 22:42 UTC, are inventoried in this Third Supplement.

                                        III. CAPTURE METHODOLOGY
 7. The May 14, 2026 Extended Scrape Evidence datasets were captured on May 14, 2026 between
approximately 22:14 UTC and 22:42 UTC by Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Conrad Rockenhaus using the
Apify platform's apidojo/tweet-scraper actor (https://apify.com), the same actor used for the May
12, 2026 Scrape Evidence captures inventoried in the First Supplement and for the May 14, 2026 Scrape
Evidence captures inventoried in the Second Supplement.
