2026 GOOGLE FAMILY GROUP NOTIFICATIONS

I, Ann Helgren (printed name), being duly sworn and under penalty of perjury, hereby state the following:
1. IDENTITY AND RELATIONSHIP TO PRIOR AND CONTEMPORANEOUS AFFIDAVITS. My name is
Ann Helgren. I am ______ years of age. I reside at 15869 Lenmore, Redford Township, Michigan. I also go
by the name "Annie." I have previously executed one witness affidavit and am contemporaneously executing
three additional witness affidavits in matters between Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus and Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus. The previously executed affidavit is a Witness Affidavit dated April 24, 2026 in the related
personal protection order matter (Case No. 26-102221-PP), addressing events of March 2 and 3, 2026 (the
"First Affidavit"). The three contemporaneously executed affidavits are: (i) a Supplemental Witness Affidavit
of Ann Helgren Regarding Events of May 4 through May 6, 2026, captioned in the related personal
protection order matter (Case No. 26-102221-PP) (the "May Supplemental"); (ii) a Comprehensive Witness
Affidavit of Ann Helgren (the "Comprehensive Witness Affidavit"); and (iii) this Documentary-Records
Affidavit. All three contemporaneous affidavits are being executed by me on the same date. The First
Affidavit, the May Supplemental, and the Comprehensive Witness Affidavit are each incorporated by
reference. This Affidavit does not modify or replace any of them. This Affidavit addresses solely two specific
electronic documentary records that I personally received at my own email address on February 17, 2026
and that remain in my custody.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS AFFIDAVIT. I provide this Affidavit based on my personal, firsthand knowledge of
records that I received in the ordinary course of my use of my personal email account, and which I have
retained without modification. I am informed and believe that these records are relevant evidence in the
above-captioned divorce matter. The purpose of this Affidavit is to provide an independent, sworn record
from me, in my capacity as the recipient and custodian of the records, attesting to their authenticity, the
circumstances of my receipt, and my preservation of them in their original form.
THE FEBRUARY 17, 2026 GOOGLE FAMILY GROUP NOTIFICATIONS
3. MEMBERSHIP IN ADRIENNE ROCKENHAUS'S GOOGLE FAMILY GROUP. As of February 17, 2026, I
was a member of a Google Family Group administered by Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus. I joined this
family group at Adrienne's invitation. My membership in the family group is associated with my personal
Google account, [email protected]. Membership in a Google Family Group permits Google to send
the participating member notifications when other members join, leave, or change status in the group, and
permits sharing of services, subscriptions, photos, and other Google account assets among the members.
4. RECEIPT OF THE FIRST GOOGLE NOTIFICATION ON FEBRUARY 17, 2026. On Tuesday, February
17, 2026, at approximately 12:36 AM, I received an email at my personal Google account
[email protected] from the Google address [email protected]. The subject line of the
email was "Your new family group member." The body of the email read, verbatim:
"Hi Ann, Now that Richard Montano ([email protected]) has joined Adrienne's
family group, he can access your shared services, subscriptions, and pu
