DEFENDANT/COUNTER-PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF FILING OF AFFIDAVITS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se,
hereby files the following four sworn affidavits for the record in the above-captioned matter:
I. AFFIDAVITS FILED
1. Comprehensive Witness Affidavit of Ann Helgren, executed and notarized May 18, 2026, attached
hereto as Exhibit A. The affidavit consists of twenty-six paragraphs and addresses matters within Ms.
Helgren's personal firsthand knowledge concerning, among other things: (i) Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's
February 2026 disclosure to Ms. Helgren of recurring trust distributions of at least $2,000 per month; (ii)
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's March 2, 2026 text messages instructing Ms. Helgren to make false
statements to the Veterans Administration; (iii) Ms. Helgren's custody of Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's
wallet from approximately March 12 through March 29, 2026; (iv) Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's March 4
or 5, 2026 in-person "funding my rapist" statement to Ms. Helgren; (v) Ms. Helgren's October 2025
firsthand observations at Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's federal court proceedings, cross-referenced to the
corresponding paragraphs of the Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit D; (vi) Ms. Helgren's identification of
the "Sherri Adair" Facebook account operator as Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant; (vii) the coordinated
Facebook activity surrounding the May 4, 2026 "Dead Man's Switch" post naming Ms. Helgren by name,
the May 5, 2026 Redford Township Police Department walk-in (RPD Case 26-7649), and the May 6,
2026 "Demi-Jo Matthews" account comment on Ms. Helgren's photograph; and (viii) Ms. Helgren's
contemporaneous May 9, 2026 evening observations of the vacation of 26695 Ross Drive, including
Michigan license plate 7RBK87 on the loading vehicle. The affidavit attaches Exhibits A through I in
support.
2. Documentary-Records Affidavit of Ann Helgren Regarding the February 17, 2026 Google Family
Group Notifications, executed and notarized May 18, 2026, attached hereto as Exhibit B. The affidavit
addresses Ms. Helgren's personal firsthand knowledge of the February 17, 2026 Google Family Group
additions and related documentary records.
3. Comprehensive Witness Affidavit of Pamela Jordan, executed and notarized May 19, 2026, attached
hereto as Exhibit C. The affidavit addresses matters within Ms. Jordan's personal firsthand knowledge
as a residential neighbor with line-of-sight to Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's then-residence at 26695 Ross
Drive, Redford Township, Michigan.
4. Affidavit of Conrad A. Rockenhaus Regarding October 2025 Federal Sentencing Observations,
executed and notarized May 19, 2026, attached hereto as Exhibit D. The affidavit consists of twelve
paragraphs and addresses matters within Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's own personal firsthand
knowledge concerning Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's attendance at Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's October
2025 federal criminal proceedings in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan,
including: Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's attendance at two federal proceedings as a member of the
public; her companion at both proceedings, an individual subsequently identified to Defendant/Counter-
Plaintiff as Skyler Egert; Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff's custodial posture at the final sentencing hearing in
the immediate custody of two Deputy United
