TO: Plaintiff Adrienne Marjorie Rockenhaus, self-represented.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following ten (10) motions of Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Conrad Alan
Rockenhaus will be brought on for hearing before the Honorable Nicole N. Goodson, Third Judicial Circuit
Court for the County of Wayne, Family Division, on August 26, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as
the parties may be heard:
1. Motion for Leave to Exceed Interrogatories;
2. Motion for Issuance of Subpoenas;
3. Omnibus Motion (Preservation of Evidence; Financial Disclosure; rockenhaus.com Domain Temporary
Restraining Order);
4. Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Prohibiting Dissipation of the USAA Account Receiving Diverted
Federal Veterans and Social Security Benefits;
5. Motion to Restrict Access to Protected Personal Identifying Information on Filed Exhibits and to File
Redacted Replacement Exhibits;
6. Motion for Return of Personal Property, Restoration of Electronic Account Access, Inventory and
Accounting, and Court-Supervised Retrieval Mechanism;
7. Motion for Preservation Order and Order Prohibiting Spoliation of Evidence;
8. Motion for Leave to File First Amended Counterclaim;
9. Motion to Determine Sufficiency of Answers to Requests for Admissions, to Compel Responses to
Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents, and for Discovery Sanctions; and
10. Motion for Default Judgment on Counterclaim.
Each motion was calendared for the above date and time by ePraecipe accepted by the Court on June 10,
2026.
APPEARANCE: This hearing will be conducted via Zoom videoconference. Per the Court's ePraecipe, all
hearings are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise ordered by the Court. All participants must go to
http://www.3rdcc.org/zoom/family-division-domestic and select "Join Meeting" under the assigned Judge,
the Hon. Nicole N. Goodson, to enter the virtual courtroom.
