Petitioner,
v.
CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS,
Respondent.
RESPONDENT'S NOTICE OF FILING OF SUPPLEMENTAL WITNESS AFFIDAVIT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Respondent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, appearing pro se, hereby files the
following witness affidavit for the record in the above-captioned matter:
I. AFFIDAVIT FILED
1. Supplemental Witness Affidavit of Ann Helgren Regarding Events of May 4 through May 6, 2026,
executed and notarized May 18, 2026, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The affidavit consists of nine
paragraphs and addresses matters within Ms. Helgren's personal firsthand knowledge concerning: (a) a
May 4, 2026 Facebook post published from Respondent's compromised account containing language
characterized in the post as a "[SYSTEM ALERT] DEAD MAN'S SWITCH" and naming Ms. Helgren by
name in a list of persons identified as "responsible for [the post-author's] death"; (b) a May 6, 2026
comment posted to Ms. Helgren's own Facebook photograph by an account using the name "Demi-Jo
Matthews" reading "Is that right before you killed him?"; (c) the configuration of the "Demi-Jo Matthews"
account to block Ms. Helgren from viewing it; and (d) Ms. Helgren's participation in a May 5, 2026 in-
person walk-in report to the Redford Township Police Department concerning the matters above (RPD
Case 26-7649, Officer Young badge #192).
II. RELATIONSHIP TO PRIOR FILED AFFIDAVIT
The Supplemental Affidavit supplements (without modifying or replacing) Ms. Helgren's prior Witness
Affidavit dated April 24, 2026, previously filed in this matter. The Supplemental Affidavit is incorporated by
reference into the prior April 24, 2026 affidavit and addresses only the May 4 through May 6, 2026 events
described above.
III. RELATIONSHIP TO PARALLEL DIVORCE FILING
Respondent also files contemporaneously in the related divorce matter (Wayne County Case No. 26-
104594-DO) a Notice of Filing of Witness Affidavits attaching, among others, Ms. Helgren's Comprehensive
Witness Affidavit. The substantive matters covered in the Supplemental Affidavit attached hereto are also
covered in paragraphs 17 through 20 of the Comprehensive Witness Affidavit filed in the related divorce
matter. Both affidavits sworn under penalty of perjury are executed and notarized on the same date. No
duplication or inconsistency is intended; each affidavit serves the docket record of its respective case.
IV. NO RELIEF SOUGHT BY THIS NOTICE
This Notice does not seek any specific relief and is filed for the record only. Respondent reserves all rights
to reference the attached Supplemental Affidavit as evidentiary substrate in any future filing, motion,
hearing, or proceeding in this matter.
Respectfully submitted,
/s/ Conrad A. Rockenhaus
