STATE OF MICHIGAN
THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT, WAYNE COUNTY
                          ADRIENNE MARJORIE ROCKENHAUS, Petitioner,
                                            v.
                            CONRAD ALAN ROCKENHAUS, Respondent.
                                      Case No. 26-102221-PP
                                       Hon. PPO Docket Judge
Hearing: April 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM (Zoom)

                              EXHIBIT 18
Complete March 4, 2026 Email, Respondent to Rob Hein and Ann
                            Helgren

Description:
Two documents included as components of this exhibit. Component 1: Complete and unredacted text
of the March 4, 2026 4:17 AM email from Respondent Conrad Alan Rockenhaus, sending address
[email protected] (Respondent's then-active personal email address; Respondent
has since retired this address and now uses [email protected] as his primary email), sent
simultaneously to two recipients: Rob Hein at [email protected] (Petitioner's nephew) and Ann
Helgren at [email protected] (Petitioner's longstanding friend, see Exhibit 15). The email
was forwarded to Respondent in original form, with full headers preserved, by co-recipient Ann Helgren
on April 25, 2026. Component 2: Notice of Change of Address filed by Respondent in pro per in
Rockenhaus v. Stylianos Agapiou et al., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Case
No. 2:25-cv-12716, Hon. Jane M. Beckering, ECF No. 28, filed March 9, 2026, identifying
[email protected] as Respondent's then-active email address of record with that
federal court.

Relevance:
Petitioner has previously placed two iPhone screenshots of the same email before this Court as her
Exhibit J in support of her Motion to Show Cause. Petitioner's Exhibit J is incomplete: the two
screenshots cut off mid-sentence in two places, with the email's closing missing. Petitioner's Exhibit J
cover sheet characterizes the email as: (a) sent from a “burner account,” (b) “stalking via indirect
contact,” (c) “back-alley extortion regarding his March funds,” and (d) “weaponization of mental health”
via “fabricated” claims about Petitioner's Abilify status. Each of these characterizations is contradicted
by the complete text of the email and by the email's own header information. First, the address
[email protected] was, at the time of the March 4, 2026 email and the March 9, 2026
federal court filing, Respondent's then-active address of record on multiple federal court filings and on
his VA.gov account (Respondent has since retired the address and now uses
[email protected] as his primary email). It was not a “burner.” Component 2 of this exhibit is the
Notice of Change of Address filed by Respondent in pro per in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern
District of Michigan on March 9, 2026, five days after the email Petitioner mischaracterizes, explicitly
identifying the same [email protected] address as Respondent's address of record with
that federal court at that time. The federal docket header on the filing authenticates it on its face.
Second, Ann Helgren is a TO recipient of the email, not a third-party intermediary; Helgren is
Petitioner's own longstanding friend, as established by Exhibit 15. The email expressly states “I have
no desire to see or contact Adrienne again unless it's through a 3rd party,” which is a renunciation of
contact, not stalking. Third, the financial language is a voluntary $2,000-per-month support offer made
specifically to protect Petitioner from VA recoupment exposure, the structural opposite of extortion.
Fourth, the statement about Petitioner's Abilify status is attributed in the email itself to a recorded
telephone call from Livingston County Jail during Respondent's incarceration; Livingston County Jail
records and preserves all inmate calls under standard call-monitoring protocols and the recording is
subpoenabl
