                          ORDER FOLLOWING MOTION HEARINGS

               At a session 0f said Court held in the City of Detroit, Wayne County, MI
               On:
                                  Present Hon: Yvonna C. Abraham
                                      Third Circuit Court Judge

        This matter came before the Court on the following:

        -   A Show Cause Hearing
        -   Respondent’s Motion to Terminate PPO

        -   Respondent’s Motion for Issuance of Subpoena for Witness Testimony

        -   Respondent’s Motion to Deny False PPO Violation

        -   Respondent’s Motion for Court Supervised Access t0 Property

        Petitioner’s Counsel, Lisa Baker, House Counsel, Rita White, and Respondent appeared

Via Zoom. Petitioner failed to appear. The Court having reviewed the record and being otherwise

fully informed;

        IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner’s counsel’s oral motion to withdraw as

counsel is GRANTED. An order to that effect shall be submitted n0 later than May 6, 2026.

        IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the show cause matter is DISMISSED due t0

Petitioner’s failure to appear for the scheduled Court hearing. The Court attempted to contact
Petitioner, and Petitioner’s counsel also made several attempts to contact Petitioner, all without

answer or response.

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be reassigned back to the PPO

Docket.

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motions enumerated above shall be scheduled on

the PPO docket upon reassignment of this matter.

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all future hearings, motions, and proceedings shall be

scheduled before the PPO docket.

       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all order(s) not in direct conflict with the instant

order shall remain in full force and effect.

       IT IS SO ORDERED.
